Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "We loved this hotel, we have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world but this one is our favorite. The room was warm, they provided an array of teas and instant cappuccinos. The breakfast was A++++ offering a huge selection of warm and cold breakfast choices, great coffee, and a very welcoming ambiance.
