This cosy half-timbered house in the heart of Nideggen has everything you could want.

It’s located right at the entrance to the historic city centre, which offers a wide variety of dining options, and serves as the perfect starting point for excursions into nature.

In addition to a well-maintained garden with a grill, the property features amenities such as a ping-pong table and a dartboard. The cosy living area with a fireplace and a large dining table is the perfect place to wind down after an eventful day.
The accommodation
The house can accommodate 6 people. It features three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest bathroom, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious outdoor area.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor. A steep staircase leads to the upper floor, where the other two bedrooms are located. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and large sink. There is also a small guest bathroom upstairs, though it does not have its own sink. We therefore provide hand sanitiser and facial tissues.

The living room features a fireplace, a large dining table, and a couch. A dartboard and Netflix ensure entertaining evenings.

The large outdoor area with a terrace, garden, and grill offers another dining table, a comfortable lounge area, as well as sun loungers, a parasol, and a ping-pong table.

The traditional kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and offers plenty of space for cooking together. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining. Coffee, olive oil, and spices are provided.
