"Staff at the reception was very helpful, rooms were not clean enough, floor dirty. Food at the restaurant inconsistent , sometimes good, sometimes not, view was beautiful, hotel rooms need to be refreshed. They are short on white towels in the room , sometimes the clean ones are ripped off or have doubtful colour."

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The entire property was well maintained. We enjoyed the wonderful pool and loved that the resort was a few feet away from the ocean. Access to local dining was a plus with some restaurants on the beach! Most importantly the entire staff was amazingly friendly, professional and attentive especially Mallory, Carol and Priscilla. Would definitely recommend a visit and will be coming back!"

"The resort itself was pretty nice. Rooms were over all clean. The recent renovations were really nice— very modern and picturesque. Food options were decent— but the restaurants outside of the buffet have very limited hours and seating. There is beach access from the hotel with beautiful views, but there is no seating provided from the hotel. There are some things that could have been done better. For example, there was a bandaid and cocktail garnishes that were left on the pool bar/tables in the middle of the pool that were there for two days — makes you question how often they clean the pools. When the resort got busier, guests would leave their cups and trash on the stairwells or elevator. On that note— please be well aware (bc we weren’t), that this is a very heavily tik-tok advertised resort…. Our first two days there were nice, but as more people checked in, we realized there were a lot of tik-tok wannabe “influencers” at the resort… super loud, super obnoxious, and be ready to see tri-pods set up all over and twerking in the pool around your kids. I don’t even have kids and I was cringing hard. Therefore, this may not be the best choice if you’re trying to relax or bring your family, but if you want an aesthetic all-inclusive with decent food, and can ignore weirdo wannabe influencer behavior, it’s not too bad."

"Mi estadía en Azura Beach Resort fue simplemente espectacular de principio a fin. Honestamente, ha sido una de las mejores experiencias que he vivido en un hotel en Costa Rica. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos hicieron sentir especiales, bienvenidos y completamente relajados. El ambiente del hotel es hermoso, tranquilo y perfecto para desconectarse y disfrutar cada segundo. La comida fue absolutamente deliciosa todos los días. Cada restaurante tenía opciones increíbles, todo fresco, bien preparado y con una atención impecable. Se nota la dedicación y el esfuerzo que ponen para que cada huésped tenga una experiencia inolvidable. Todo estuvo mucho mejor de lo que imaginábamos. Pero lo que realmente hizo esta experiencia única fueron las personas. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Axcel, Wendy y Christian por hacer nuestra estadía algo fuera de otro mundo. La atención, la amabilidad, el cariño y la energía con la que nos trataron fue algo que nunca había vivido en otro lugar. Siempre atentos a cada detalle, siempre con una sonrisa y haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Personas así hacen toda la diferencia y definitivamente son parte de la razón por la que este hotel es tan especial. Nunca me había sentido tan cómoda, feliz y bien atendida en un resort. Cada día superaba al anterior y realmente lograron convertir unas vacaciones en recuerdos inolvidables. Se nota cuando un lugar tiene personal que trabaja con pasión y que le gusta lo que hace."

"Property was beautiful and clean. The staff was great The rooms were small with basic necessities and very clean. The room we stayed in 515 the bed was horrible the mattress was sagging and springs poking through we even tried to flipp it ourselves but wasn't much better as the box spring was broken"
