The location was perfect for walking around, finding great food and fabulous sights. Breakfast was delicious. Our only wish was that the pool area was open to sit around (it is truly too cold to swim now), but the pool area is gorgeous.

Great hotel, pool area is lovely, staff were friendly, positive and a pleasure to talk with. A hotel we will definitely return to. Nice short walk to old Nicosia / border, good bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great.

Great location in the centre but it is obviously a conference hotel and rather dated and tired. Common areas are very outdated and facilities are somewhat lacking.

The Hotel is indeed a business Hotel right in the city centre but also for leisure hence the open air swimming pool May-October approximately, the gym, the lounge bar etc. Lobby area has been recently renovated as well as the Macedonia Room (for weddings, banquets etc), Standard Room bathrooms, swimming pool area and more. We are constantly working towards improving our guests’ experience, and we hope you give us another chance in the future.

The only issue we had was the noise from the compressor mounted on the wall outside. It was annoying!

The client was correct. The problem with the compressor unfortunately was not detected by the technician of the Hotel which means that the fault arose recently – probably on the day of your arrival or the previous. We have proceeded with a replacement.Apologies for any inconvenience.

The property has a Bar/Restaurant. The bartender was the highlight of my stay. Mr Costa accommodated beyond impeccable customer service. He was able to create an environment that was so welcoming and comfortable, I was able to forget about the major crisis I am involved. I appreciate the customer service of the hotel staff and the cleanliness of the facility.

Hotel was very dated. Facilities were poor and in maintained. Breakfast was very low quality. I booked an executive room. “King size bed” was for lord Farquaad from Shrek if anything. I complained about the room and they said that it was an exec room just a smaller one… defeating the point of the upgrade. Room was also next to the generator outside which really improved the view and morning wake up…

Beds too short for tall people, not comfortable and dated. Only one towel for a twin room for two guests, had to ask from front desk to provide extra towels. Friendly receptionists, good breakfast, convenient location.

We arrived at 10:30 in the night, and went at the reception for check in, the officer couldn't find our reservation. Though there wasn't a busy day we had to wait for 15' for the other to find our reservation. Finally we were given the cards for the room and went to the room. There was a spacious room, but there wasn't any toilet paper. We have asked the reception for it but they couldn't help. We also have asked for the wifi code and he told us that he forgot to give us the information leaflet.

Renovated but with some deficiencies
The room was renovated and looking good. The remote control of the TV was not working and I asked for a replacement. They did but after a while the second one was not working as well. Probably it was TV's fault. The swing function on the AC could not work properly and the air flow was directed on the bed and I woke up in the middle of the night with sore throat. I had to shut the AC and open the window which was not the best since it was quite warm. As soon as I shut the AC it started dripping on the floor. I informed the receptionist during my check out. I assume they will fix these problems. On the other site there was a free parking and the location is good.

The hotel is well placed to look at central Nicosia. We arrived early, the reception was warm and the room ready. Parking under the hotel very easy to use. The wine list was good and sensibly priced. Breakfast choice was very varied and good quality. Room well priced.

Smooth check in very central location however we had problems with the safe and all our belongings locked inside eventually they managed to get into the safe bit then we had no use of the safe as it would not re lock. The bath had no plug so unable to have a soak after a long day of sightseeing, bathroom sanitary bin had not been emptied on arrival. Major plus for this hotel was how friendly the bar man was great service and always polite with great information on the area.

Beautiful pool and lovely breakfast spread especially when it Cyprus cuisine day. I appreciated the laundry services although they were a bit expensive. What I did not appreciate was that the first room we were given had a leaking air conditioner which dripped incessantly on to the floor, which not only made a terrible tapping sound but made for slippery and dangerous floors. Although we were quickly reaccomodated to a different room, I did not appreciate having to do this especially since it was late at night (midnight), we had already unpacked, and were tired from our travels. Our new room was better although it smelled. Great location however, and there is an organic deli/juice bar across the street.
