Good Stay and Great Location

Great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food available in the restaurants was delicious. Good cocktails. I would definitely stay again upon returning. Location is in the old town and easy to walk to attractions.

Overall a good hotel, but it is definitely not a 4 star, far from it. The corridors are dark, room locations confusing and hard to find. The room itself, is not well finished, flooring coming apart. The bedding only had a sheet and I could not find a blanket. Breakfast was very good and check in and out quick. Overall I don’t think it’s worth the money requested, I checked out and took a 3 star hotel walking distance, which is far better and over $100 cheaper. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Personale gentilissimo e colazione molto buona. Non si può però considerare un 4 stelle, massimo 3. Ero in una camera al 3 piano ma l’ascensore arriva solo fino al 2 per cui tutti i bagagli li ho dovuti portare per le scale strette strisciando vestiti sui muri. Anche all’ingresso non c’è ascensore. Stanza ok ma bagno minuscolo e tutto incastrato. Cassaforte inutilizzabile perché già aperta con serratura chiusa. La posizione è molto carina e strategica MA si trova di fronte ad una caserma dei pompieri che usa sirene… La palestra non è aperta ma Bisogna scendere a prendere le chiavi, allenarsi e riportarle. C’è tutto in questo hotel ma un po’ troppe scomodità per me. Da un 4 stelle a 150€ a notte mi aspetto di più.

Das gut gelegene Hotel am Rande der Altstadt überzeugt durch sein freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Restaurant oder Bar sind stets geöffnet, Tipps werden bereitwillig gegeben. Lediglich die Badezimmer sind etwas klein. Leider war im Winter die Klimaanlage nur noch zum Heizen zu verwenden, obwohl es noch etwas warm war.
