"I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again "

"Luxury City Rooms has only "luxury" in the name.This is a small shared appartment with private room and shared bathroom, kitchen, living room... and everything is pretty basic. My room was not that clean with dust. I have tried over 300 accomodations in the world since I am traveling a lot and this is by far my worst experience ever. After a long day I was expecting a quick check-in to rest and everything seemed to be well explained on the email (self check-in). However once front of the door...

"Sold as 'entire apartment', but it is anything BUT! You have a tiny room entirely taken up by the bed, and EVERYTHING ELSE IS SHARED! And not guests, but long term residents who were cooking fish when I arrived (I smelt it the moment the lift door open - which also stank of very recently burned cigarette smoke!), along with doing mounds of laundry (strewn all over the 'kitchen' floor!). The balcony was full of ashtrays full of cigarettes, but I was just generally shocked by the whole thing........

"Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. "

"Do NOT stay at any “comfort rooms”; the inconvenience is not worth it. You do NOT get an “entire apartment” to yourself. Each apartment has multiple rental rooms, shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Problems: (1) room I rented was occupied upon arrival; (2) multiple excuses given as to why I could not move into it; (3) WiFi stopped working, not fixed after 6 days; (4) had to move to Arch. Makariou 3 (M3) from Arch. Kyprianou (AK) to have WiFi; (5) both buildings in a state of disrepair;...

"The apartments are generally cool. However, there were 3 strange facts. The first after booking and paying for the apartment the owner contacts us and says that they are occupied and will exchange them for others there. We were scared. The second - the owner of the apartment offered us a lower price than we paid. We were scared again. Third, we didn’t find how to contact the homeway service itself to resolve questions and clarify information."

Die Umgebung ist nichts besonderes, die Hauptstraße hörbar. Die zentrumsnahe Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten von der touristischen Marina entfernt, ist ein großes Plus. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt."

"No bedding for the sofa bed..it advertises a sofa bed. My grandson was not going to share a bed with me so i had to leave the heating on to keep warm. 1 towel each for 4 days. Not acceptable. No iron although an ironing board was there. Cupbard handles and all switches filthy. Took photos but it eont let me add them. Also no hot water xmas day for some reason."

"The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia."
