Open kitchen-new everything but with Spanish character, Spacious open kitchen. Spanish floors with custom tiles, quartz counter. Access to private docks, piers & ramps so you can launch and bring your own boat! ONSITE WATER SPORTS RENTAL right on the dock. Pontoon boat, ski boat, jet boat, double kayaks, SUP, pedal boat, jet skis. Common usable grassy yard by the pier with beach & picnic area with firepit. So much to offer to spend quality time with friends and family. Other amenities: Corn hole, croquet,ping pong, card games, swings, hammocks and much more. Portable firepits & BBQ grill available for guests. Weekly outdoor movie night to come with popcorn! Other fun stuff: 35 wineries in the area, hiking, fishing & 2 casinos nearby
