"Staff was excellent first of all so don't blame the people. Room #117 The door does not work ....... Or the AC unit in the room ...... When I mean the door doesn't work, I mean the card couldn't be re magnetized so the only way into the room was to ask the front desk reception to physically pull out a key and let me in EVERY time I left my room. "The check in wasn't the greatest. THe girl asked me for my credit card. I told her I had already paid through HOTELS.com and anyhow-now I've been charged again. I will be calling you if it goes through. TV wasn't connected but they came quickly and got it fixed right away. Very quiet and nice place to stay. We will go back but make sure the check in goes correctly."
