Great location, clean room, nice décor. The female staff seemed very nice. I just wished the male receptionist had a nicer tone and welcoming manner; thus, minus one star.

Grand Hotel Duomo
We were at the front of the hotel - it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Duomo. Couldn’t be in a better place. Roberto the barman was great fun and good cocktails.
