"NOT GOING TO LIE! WHEN WE DROVE BY THE HOTEL, IT LOOKED SKETCHY. AREA LOOKS A LITTLE DESERTED. My picky family loved it once we entered. Parking lot was safe. We traveled with toddler's. Once we entered we were surprised! We loved the cleanliness and clean scent. The gentleman in the front desk named Jamal was AMAZING! He made me feel welcomed and loved . Was prompt when assisting was needed. We will stay again."

"Convenient hotel near the airport. I arrived late at the airport and still had a cheerful ride to the hotel. The room was nice. The breakfast was a typical C level one. The staff was great."

"Room was good, restaurant was good. Staff at the restaurant was good. Staff at front desk - not so much. Tried calling, they picked up put me on hold for "a minute", and never got back. That happened twice. Got to the front desk later, the guy is talking on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me. A few minutes later someone else came out. I got there at 2:30 to check in, and he said no room is available and to come back in 30minutes. I get that check in is at 3:00pm, but wow.. first time I was turned away from check in for being 30minutes early. Forget using the EV chargers at the property. People park their car in front of the charger and the staff does not bother with it."
