"The staff were friendly and accommodating. They assisted us by ensuring our booking was not canceled on the day of our arrival, even though we hadn’t checked in yet. We had opted to pay at the property, but hotels.com wanted to charge our card before we arrived or cancel the room. While this issue wasn’t the property’s fault, I mention it to highlight that they made the effort to keep our room reserved. Very nice!"

"A wonderful stay at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino! The location is perfect for visiting Niagara Falls. The rooms were luxurious and clean, and the amenities were ok. The staff was attentive, and the casino offered great entertainment. Highly recommended for a fun and comfortable trip!"
