"We had a courtyard room and it was very hot and humid and the smell of the chlorinated pool was in the room. The air conditioning didn’t work well, and the vent was rusty and noisy. The ice machine was out of service. The hotel’s website was not current with a lot of misleading information."

"Great location and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and the room was nice. The only downsides were that the shower in the pool area wasn’t working, and the renovation work on our floor was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a good experience."
