Important: This is an upper-floor unit and requires climbing stairs. Guests who have difficulty using stairs should please take this into consideration before booking.

Guests have the entire upper-floor apartment. The lower floor is a separate unit with its own guests. The apartment is reached by stairs. Free parking is available at the property. Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.

Located directly across from the Aquarium of Niagara and within walking distance of Niagara Falls State Park, the Rainbow Bridge, restaurants, shops and the main attractions of Niagara Falls, NY.

Most attractions are within walking distance. Free parking is available at the property.

Upper-floor unit - stairs required. Guests must be 21 or older to book. No parties or events, no smoking inside, and no pets. Please keep noise down after 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbours.
