Worked out perfectly for our group of 11 we had plenty of space. Like the setup on the 1st floor we were able to socialize, eat and play games with ease. This property does have a lot of stairs. Noted street location was quiet and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was super close to the falls which was very convenient however, the house needs to be cleaned better as there were a ton of small bugs, flies, and spiders in the corners of many rooms. The beds were comfortable but the listing was inaccurate. It stated there was a crib in the residence but there was not. Communication was poor, as I reached out to the host about the crib and never got a response back! Messages were received by the host but never addressed my question. Responses seemed to be automated. One of the rooms had a broken light as well which should be fixed. Neighborhood was not the best area but the street where the house was located was relatively quiet.
