Great for a family near Niagara
Our family of six fit perfectly in this home that was 10-15 minutes from American side of the falls. Easy parking and safe neighborhood. House is just what you need for a few days stay.

Lovely home close to the falls
We stayed for our spring break to see the falls for the first time! The photos didnt do the home justice. It is very charming and sweet. The only detail that could have been better was the gates in the backyard. We brought 2 small dogs and the gate left a bit of space so they could slip under easily. We used some stones to block them and all was well! The home owner was very responsive, and the location was very convenient! Definitely worth staying in!

A Quiet Respite
A comfortable older home close to all the sites in the Niagara Falls area that allowed our party of five adults space for both conversation and privacy. We appreciated the backyard and the off street parking and proximity to the Devil’s Hole.

Girls Getaway!

The house was perfect for us. It was located close to everything we wanted to do in the area. The property owner provided helpful information about the house and the local area. She also provided her cell number for easy communication if needed. The property was everything we were expecting. We had a great time during our stay. Great property, neighborhood and a fantastic Hostess.
Beautiful old home, great location in a very peaceful neighborhood. The home was very clean and Carroll the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Minutes from Niagara Falls and other attractions. It was perfect for our little family of 3. The cute fenced in backyard was great for our little girl and pup to play in while we relaxed in the screen in porch. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

Unfortunately there was an incident and we were unable to stay but the house was very clean older house in a decent neighborhood. The hostess was wonderful in dealing with our issue quickly and was very kind and helpful! I would highly recommend! And would stay if ever in the area again!

Great communication, location and property.
This is a old house and decorated as such, with vintage furniture, flooring and layout. If you do not appreciate and value the beauty of an older home then this isn’t for you. If you do, I recommend staying here. Beautiful home, great location and peaceful neighborhood. It was like stepping back in time. Loved it!! As 2 single moms, taking 4 kids for a long weekend getaway, this was perfect!! If I go back, I will definitely stay again. Hosts were awesome!

Great Home Away from Home
This cute little bungalow was the perfect escape after busy days touring Niagara Falls. We enjoyed proximity to the falls and the quiet neighborhood. The host was very easy to communicate with and everything was very clear. There was plenty of space to spread out. Our favorite little nook was the window seat - perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. House was very clean with plenty of bedding and towels. All in all, a great stay!

Great location and great for a few days
Rental was as described. Owners were communicative throughout our stay. Good location, I’d welcome returning in summer when we could take more advantage of outdoors. Close to University, which was the reason for our trip, and also to the Falls and the border. Stores and restaurants just a short drive away when we needed anything. Older home in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in was tricky as there was a winter storm before we arrived and driveway and outdoor stairs were icy, and therefore difficult to maneuver. This was the only issue but it didn’t resolve itself during our stay.

Great location
This was the second time my husband and I stayed in this home. The house is very clean and comfortable. It is an older home in a very nice neighborhood close to the falls and hiking trails. It is also a short drive to Lewiston. Would stay again.

First time to Niagara Falls. The location was perfect in a nice neighborhood. Was worried about the small single tv but didn’t really need it. There is so much to do and was conveniently located for easy access to everything. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

Start to finish, our whole experience with this rental couldn't have been easier. Carroll is a great communicator and her home has all the basics that you may need. Awesome location for a trip to the falls. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed the fenced in backyard. House was spotless when we arrived and we only used the downstairs King size bed, which was very comfortable. Check out Griffon Gastropub and Brando's pizza.... both were sooo good! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip if available. Thanks again!

It was a nice quiet neighborhood that we could walk our pup down the street and talk to some of the neighbors that might be out. The home was close to everything that we wanted to do or see while in Niagra Falls. Would recommend!

Great option for Niagra Falls
We were very pleased with this home. It has great character and is in a quiet residential area. We appreciated that it was dog friendly and even had a fenced in yard. Communication with the host was excellent. The location is great for exploring the local attractions.

We were visiting the area for a graduation and wanted to extend our stay for a few days. We really enjoyed this home, and it worked very well for our family (Parents and Adult Kids). We liked this property because it had four beds and was close to Lewiston for the Whirlpool Jet Boat rides, the state parks, Fort Niagara and also Niagara Falls. It was the perfect “in between” location in a cute, quite neighborhood.

This was a lovely, older home in a walkable, quiet neighborhood. Th house is full of historic character and charm. The house is not perfect, the stairs and floors creaked and the furnishings are a dated, but for us, the house was very comfortable. We hope to use it again in the future.

Older home in a nice neighborhood
The house was very clean and while it is an older home with some idiosyncrasies it was exactly what we needed. We were traveling to NF (home) for a family wedding and my 88 year old mother, who lives with me, needs accessibility. The master on the fist floor made everything easier. The entry stairs were a bit of a struggle but it was not advertised as handicap accessible so we were not expecting a ramp. It would be a nice addition though. Carol was wonderful and when we had a surprise from the previous renters she took care of it immediately. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a reasonably priced family and pet friendly rental. FYI, while this house is a bit away from the falls it isn't too far away. What you lose in proximity to the falls you gain in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood.

This home is older than it looks on the photos, however, it was very clean and comfortable. It really is a cottage. Smaller rooms and older furniture. The furniture fit the character of the house. The location is excellant. Easy check in and out. We had a good time.

The house is clean, and the neighborhood is very cute, safe, and residential. There's a lot of tools in the kitchen. We handwashed everything (a new sponge was provided for us), and even though there's a small dishwasher, there was no dishwasher detergent provided. The kitchen sink was a bit challenging to handwash larger items (eg heavy wooden cutting board) because the sink and faucet are both shallow. Not a huge deal, but something to consider if you plan to cook. Also, it would've been nice if the blankets were shaken out between bookings. My family all has dark colored hair, but I found several blonde hairs on the bedspread from previous guests.

Glad you found the house neat and clean and the neighborhood enjoyable. We are really sorry that you found hairs on a bedspread. Even after washing and drying sheets and blankets, there are some hairs that just cling to the laundry and blond hair is even harder to spot. Our apologies. Regarding the dishwasher, we do provide pods which were under the sink in a container which you may have missed. If you ever have issues while you are staying somewhere, please reach out to the host so they can attempt to solve the problem immediately.

Very clean, the rooms were cute just what we needed group of 5. The town of Niagra Falls is so abandoned🙁. The best areas are near Falls or Lewiston . Just what we needed to crash after a fun day evening. Kitchen has everything you need except cooking spray for pans 😉. Would recommend nice neighborhood.

We loved the home! It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room for all 6 of us and our 2 pups! You would never know pets were allowed. Great place with great potential to be so much better!
House is old but incredibly clean. Probably the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Decor is eclectic and could be so much cuter with a few updates! Sun porch would be great with some cute comfortable furniture but with basic chairs in there, it wasn’t anywhere we chose to spend our time. I’ve stayed in a lot of Vrbo’s and my main complaint is always uncomfortable beds but this place did not skimp in that area! Beds were all extremely comfortable!! So important to sleep well on vacation! The neighborhood is a typical older home area…some nice homes and then some where the homes are not kept up so well but it definately felt safe! This is the first Vrbowe’ve ever stayed in that didn’t have a washer & dryer so that is a bit of a downside. I also feel if there’s no washer & dryer, they should include more than one towel per person. This house accommodates a lot of people but the driveway does not. It is extremely narrow and difficult to park two large vehicles in it. Overall this was a great place to stay but could be so much better with just a few minor upgrades.

Glad you found our house super clean (we work hard on that) and the beds comfortable. Regarding the washer/dryer situation. We don't include them because the basements here are a bit old and not so pleasant. Most guests only stay a few days so it isn't really an issue. The cost to make a basement guest worthy would result in much higher prices. We do provide extra towels for guests staying a week or longer. They just need to ask. Our house sleeps a maximum of 7 and that is the maximum that should be in the house. Usually one or two cars can easily park in tandem in the driveway. True, if you are driving monster trucks or large Suburbans one is going to be a tight squeeze. Every year we take a look at how to make the house better while keeping our prices affordable for most. We know we aren't the Ritz and price our house accordingly. We will take your suggestions under advisement.

Perfect getaway
Just right for visiting Niagra area, we enjoyed being within walking distance of whirlpool and devil's hole state parks. Easy drive to Niagra falls and Fort Niagra. House had everything we needed and has historic charm.
