Newly Updated House Quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable and everything inside seems to be newly updated. In a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room outside for our dogs. Less than 10min from all the attractions.

Good price for location

Overall, house was comfortable and had good amenities (appliances were convenient to have). Neighborhood was quiet. Location was great (close to everything). Host also charged a reasonable price for pets (we had a small dog with us). Highly recommend!

Easter weekend

We enjoyed the proximity to attractions. Very clean, as advertised. Only thing I wish I noticed was there is no back door access to back yard, and there is no gate for back yard, so not really enclosed for pets. It was only a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning.

We rented this house to stay in while we explored Niagara Falls. It was close to the falls and met all our needs. Our host was quick to respond to any questions I had and the house was cute and clean and just as described. Would stay here again.

Very nice for one night stay with dogs. Bed was comfy and clean. beautiful kitchen. Tight bathroom but pretty. No backdoor access to yard, worn and unclean grout in bathroom, and worn couch were our only complaints. Beautiful remodel.

Cute little home!

I loved how cute the inside of the house was! It was clean upon arrival. Communication with the host was easy and the replies were speedy from before I even booked the property to the moment we left. They even accommodated my 2 dogs. Niagara Falls was less than 10 minutes away, so the location was great. I would recommend this host/house if you plan on visiting Niagara Falls.

So cute and great amenities

It’s the perfect size for a quick getaway, especially with the Falls so close by! There’s ample street parking and the house itself is beautifully decorated and renovated. We enjoyed our stay

It was okay. There wasn't a washer and dryer available like listed, the closet was hard to get into without moving furniture. The dresser was full of pillows, so couldn't use them. It is a nice place, the shower faucets were backwards (hot and cold).

Amazing!!

It was an amazing stay. It was amazing for the dogs cause of the back yard. It was very clean. Had all the essentials. We loved it and we will be coming back again. Can’t wait!!

Small but efficient

Nice neighbors. Very close to the falls and several restaurants. Hyde park is very close. Back yard fence is NOT secure! There is no gate to have a complete enclosure. The house has everything you could need though, unless owner fixes the fence don’t rent it for the backyard like we did

Enjoyed the Falls

Passing through to see the falls for the first time. Interior of house was updated, but the grass was over a foot high so we couldn’t walk dogs in it, there was broken glass on front porch, storm door was broken, and dishwasher hose wasn’t connected so leaked on floor and couldn’t use. No hooks at all for towels in bathroom. Can tell the house is loved but needs a few fixes to make stay less inconvenient.

Fine stay pricey

This place was fine to stay but hidden fees weren’t disclosed up front about pet fee and use for washer and dryer. Also while updated finishing the furniture all needs replaced. Neighborhood was fine but the front yard hard broken car glass which made us nervous. Overall fine but in my opinion too much money for what it offered.

Not as described

Listing is very misleading. Interior nicely upgraded but not maintained. Front porch railing broken and hazardous. Non-functional front porch light which is a problem because you cannot access the backyard except by going out the front. Backyard has privacy fencing but is not secure for small children nor dogs as it is missing side gate and fence panels are broken in the back. No washer/ dryer and the only desk is child size. Location is convenient. Neighborhood appears sketchy but is fine although several sketchy people rambled past my car as I was waiting for the host to provide the access code for me to enter at the designated time. It was frustrating because I had to ask repeatedly for access information and the host knew that I needed to check in promptly because I had a tour scheduled. Only parking is across the street, not on site as advertised, and don't park by the utility pole unless you want lots of bird poop on your car.

"Luxury Apartment" description was very misleading

The inside of the apartment might have been beautiful, but we never made it there. The area the apartment was located in was very run down. Graffiti on walls and light poles nearby and overgrown grass and trees all around the property gave a very bad first impression. There was no parking, except for on the grass in front, even though there was what looked like a garage in the back of the property. Based on all of this, we did not feel comfortable staying in the area and found other accommodations. The Property owner has considered this a no show and so will not work with us on a refund for this night.
