Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Not the best, but not the worse. The Hotel needs updating, no in room safe or microwave if you have kids. Found ants in a few drawers and bathtub. Housekeeping is not avaliable until after your stay. We looked at several properties in the surrounding area and this hotel by far has the best views of the falls and is the closest to the horseshoe falls area specific attractions.
