いろいろ不安なホテルです
ドライヤーがなく、不便でした。 フロントにその旨言おうとしたところ、英語が全く通じませんでした。
同僚と２名で行き、別々の部屋に泊まったのですが、同僚の部屋の鍵で自分の部屋の鍵があいたり、逆もそうでした。セキュリティについて不安です。

Friendly staff
The staff is friendly and willing to help.Although she cant speak english but she is willing to help us by using google translate . The information in the website is not correct. The check - out time is 12pm and is not 2 pm. At first she wanted to charge us for " late check - out " by showing us the board on the wall ( all info in Vietnamese ) but after we showed her the info in website. She was fine not to charge us. And there is also no hair dryer.

Отель неплох, но персонал...
Это самое ужасное проживание за всю неделю отпуска! Бронировала на данном сайте, получила подтверждение на почту, что номер ГАРАНТИРОВАННО забронирован и уже оплачен. Приехав на ресепшн и предоставив ваучер с ОПЛАЧЕННЫМ номером выяснилось, что такой брони нет и отель не оплачен!!!! Позвонить сразу же в поддержку Hotels.com не удалось, так как они работают с 10 до 22 по Московскому времени.Персонал не говорит по английски!!! В итоге дозвонившись до тех. поддержки сайта по международной связи услышали надменный голос, поняв, что нам фактически негде ночевать пробурчала "Оставайтесь на линии" и мы начали слушать музыку. Мы провисели в ожидании хоть какого-то разъяснения ситуации целых 20 МИНУТ! В итоге пришлось платить ОПЛАЧЕННЫЙ номер самим.Номер был так себе, ничего особенного, из плюсов - достаточно чисто, из минусов - не выключался кондиционер, персонал не понимает по английски, комплект для душа был не полон (но это мелочи), настроение было испорчено! И не понятно кто виноват - служащие отеля, которые не умеют пользоваться системами бронирования, или Hotels.com, который неудосужился проверить всё ли в порядке с номером, прошла ли оплата и т.п. Надеюсь мой отзыв не удалят, а наоборот, примут к сведению!!!
