This is not the hotel service, this is self serviced apartment - well equipped condotel and we understand it does not look like normal hotel standard. The new towels can be requested and you will be provided then. Apartment is always equipped indoor 1 queen bed & 1 sofa bed & 1 floor mattress which are ready in use for max 4 people. We do apologize about the misunderstanding in communication 12h30 (PM an AM) that caused the inconvenience for your waiting airport service. All of our staff strictly fix this. We know The Costa Residence (Serviced apartment) is somehow different to Hotel, then you find some inconvenience in communication with our staff.
