Bad Sophia
Can't really recommend this hotel. I had to spend 15 minutes on the phone with customer service during the check-in because the hotel couldn't find my reservation. They also insisted to keep my passport for the whole stay. Worst part for us was the night club next to the hotel playing very loud techno music from 8pm-2am. We had to sleep with earplugs. Communication with hotel staff was difficult and the receptionists were always with their phones ignoring guests. Also the room was a lot smaller than informed. Breakfast was nice and the hotel location was good.

Alors pour l'accueil 0. Le petit déjeuner 0.5. Pourtant je ne suis pas difficile :-)
Le service et horrible. Juste le garde de l'entrée super gentil et agréable. La piscine très sale rosie d'attraper des autites. Location de scooter dans l'hôtel des voleurs ( j'ai louer dehors ) bref le lit est confortable et y'a un building en construction coller à l'hôtel qui va durer des années BRUIT BRUIT BRUIT. et qui va gâcher toute la vue sur Maitre hotel LOL car y'a plus de vue mer.

Nous avons réservé cet hotel pr sa piscine sur le toit.Mais oh suprise,le jour de notre arrivée on voit que la piscine est petite et vide!On nous dit que la piscine est en maintenance aujourd'hui mais elle sera OK le lendemain.Le lendemain,tjs pas d eau dans la piscine.Nous retournons à la réception en leur expliquant que comme un hôtel sans piscine coûte moitié moins cher,nous souhaitions avoir un geste commercial.Nous avons demandé à parler au manager.Comme par hasard,il n est jamais disponible.Au final nous n avons eu aucun geste commercial.Un hôtel sans piscine coûte moins cher!Une belle arnaque!!
Sachez aussi que le personnel ne parle presque pas anglais.Ensuite,des ouvriers travaillaient dans la chambre voisine,et ces gros malins, pensant sans doute que nous étions partis pour la journée,ont essayé d entrer dans notre chambre en insistant sur la poignée.Nous l avons signalé à la réception,et biensur elles n ont rien compris.
Les chambres sont mal insonorisées.Le ménage n a jamais été fait.Nous avons du réclamer chaque jour pour que la chambre soit faite.Madame était trop occupé à faire la sieste dans la chambre voisine.
Pour finir,je dois dire que c est le plus mauvais petit déjeuner vietnamien que nous ayons eu pendant notre voyage!En plus d etre mauvais,si vous venez tard au buffet,vous mangerez froid,car le personnel est trop occupé à papoter plutôt que de s assurer que les réchauds fonctionnent bien
