Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
최악이었습니다. 호텔의 위치는 지도와 전혀 다른 비치의 남쪽입니다. 새벽에 도착해서 잘못된 지도때문에 2시간 가량을 헤맸습니다. 현지 택시기사의 도움으로 호텔을 찾고 체크인하며 호텔측에 설명을 했으나 흘려듣고 맙니다. 이 호텔의 위치는 스토리 레스토랑 맞은 편 골목으로 구글맵에 호텔이름을 검색해야 실제 위치가 나옵니다. 호텔은 아직 완공되지 않아 아침 7시부터 저녁 6시까지 공사소음이 끊이지 않습니다. 최소 몇개월은 더 공사할 것 같습니다. 제 기억으로는 11층 부터인가는 완전 시멘트이고 로비와 룸도 정리중입니다. 여행에서 돌아와 컴플레인하였으나 호텔측에서는 옆호텔 공사소음이고 현재 호텔은 나무재질에서 대리석으로 바꾸는 중이라고 거짓말을 합니다. 신축호텔이 무슨 리모델링을 한다고 둘러대는지 굉장히 불쾌합니다. 완공되지도 않은 호텔 상품을 제공하는 호텔스닷컴도 문제가 있다고 생각듭니다.
