Below average experience, staff didn’t care much as they were busy, pool was nice but not enough seats, breakfast was nice too but staff weren’t very kind. We had to ask front desk 5 times if we could have our room cleaned, waited over 6 hours for a below average clean, needed our towels replaced and almost had to beg for toilet paper, when the room was finally cleaned, it wasn’t worth the wait and constant asking. The staff apologised promised things and never delivered. Was honestly excited to leave

WELL LOCATED

Hotel was large n sooo many guests !! It was always crowded in the lobby n sometimes had a wait a bit for the different floors elevators to arrive. It was within walking distance to the beach n lots of eateries n spas around that area. Breakfast had a good many spread but i only enjoyed a few items. The reception staff were very helpful n friendly. The Affinity pool was a draw n could get crowded too. Noticed not much business in the spa within the hotel.

Travel to Review Hotels.

It's a nice hotel, Employees work extremely hard none stop for a lousy $200.00 a month. the problem is the lobby is very hot because of the electric very expensive. Bus loaded of Korean and Chinese arrive everyday and the Chinese extremely rude and loud. Looking at the hotel on the left is Virgo hotel every 5:00am the AC come on loud and vibrate entire left of side of Regalia Hotel, unable to sleep late. Do i recommend this hotel? NO, there are 400 others hotel surrounded, nice, quiet and much cheaper.

It was a good hotel to stay in and rooms were in general nice, but it lacks just a bit of the extra service and quality wise to be a 5 star hotel if you ask me. The doors was also making some noise a few places around the hotel and the pool ladders as well. As I mentioned the staff was generally good with service but in some places and especially the rooftop they were sometimes not visible always to attend service. I also noticed that some of the staff did not speak basic English and therefore it was quite difficult to communicate sometimes.
