Великолепное расположение отеля !

Засели нас быстро,сразу после 12 часов дня,но номер произвел впечатления уставшего,стены грязные,дверь на балкон сначала не открывалась,сейф в номере не работал и было нашем делюксе неуютно,очень хорошее расположение отеля в центе Нячанга и вблизи пляжа и еще мне понравился балкон- просторный и два кресла не нем.Интернет работал хорошо. Завтраки очень скромные.

Never been to Vietnam so I booked this hotel in Nha Trang for 2 nights out of my 7 night stay to get a feel for the place.The hotel looked ok on Expedia. My room was a Deluxe with pool view. This room looked like the Standard Room of a ** Hotel, there was nothing deluxe about it. The best thing about the room was the bathroom but the water would only run to lukewarm. The room decor was grubby and cheap looking with marks all over the walls and there were little ants crawling around. There were large gaps in the floorboards and marks on the sheets. When I brought this to the attention of the cleaning staff, one member just shrugged her shoulders and indicated that the mark could not be washed out. On my last morning I went to breakfast about 8.50am, I knew there would be little food left but all i wanted was cereal and an omlette. There was no cereal and when I asked for an omelette the staff member just indicated to a plate containing and egg like substance that was already on a plate. I tasted a piece and if was cold and horrible. I walked away in disgust. Given the state of the hotel I refused to enter the pool. The only positive about this hotel is the location. It is in a busy area with loads of restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the beach. I used my second day to check out other hotels listed on Expedia.The Galliot - v/good but rooms no views and Rigel - out of the way on streets full of construction. I chose Boss Hotel which is 2 min from beach in busy area.

Palm beach нячанг

Отель средний, требует ремонта. Достаточно устаревший ремонт. Уборка соответственно, тоже не очень. Стаканы не моют, пол одной тряпкой на этаж. Про пыль молчу. Завтрак ужасно скудный, не меняется. После китайцев можно не идти- будет пусто. Все выпрашивать нужно. Но вид и место расположения отличное. Вид на бассейн подразумевает вид в колодец посреди отеля, на дне которого бассейн.

Nice hotel , however, does need some work , maintenance. On arrival safe did not work , keyless entry backing fell off when closing door. Bit of mould on stairway,hall walls.

אזור מעולה

לקחנו מלון באזור של כל המלונות והשוק. לציין כי האזור מעולה.. ליד קניון victom המלון ברמה בינונית. לא היה חשמל במלון יום אחד( עבודה בכבישים) מלונות ברמה גבוהה היה להם גנרטורים. ארוחת בוקר ויאטנמית. בסדר לא יותר. אך המחיר היה אטרקטיבי.

良いです！

古いタワーでしたが改装済みのお部屋もいくつかあり、快適に過ごせました。水はけが凄く良いです。古いお部屋で火事でこげ、電話が壊れているお部屋あり。グレードアップして良いお部屋にしてくださいました。 空港までの送迎も安価で早いタクシーを送ってくださいました。ビジネスセンターはないですがフロントで全て対応してくださいました

Krach ist schwierig zu ertragen

Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sind zuvorkommend u hilfsbereit. Die dagegen beim Frühstück lustlos u genervt. Das Frühstück ist auf die Hauptclientel: Chinesen ausgelegt. Insgesamt ist alles sehr laut, in erster Linie kommt das von der Strasse durch die sinnlose ständige Huperei. Aber auch im Hotel sehr unruhig, teilw die russischen Gäste die Nachts auf ihren Balkonen saufen oder die einheimischen, die früh morgens Türen knallen und auf dem Gang rumschreien. Insessmt gute Lage, mit viel guter und billiger Gastronomie. Allerdings geht es ausschliesslich um Chinesen u Russen. Speisekarten fast immer in diesem Sprachen, ständig wird man in russisch angesprochen ob man zur Massage oder zum Essen kommen will. Das geht soweit dass die Wechselstube nicht mal weiss das ein € ist.

위치가 너무 좋아요.ㅋㅋ 조식은 쌀국수는 괜찮은데 다른건 걍 그럼. 다른 부대시설은 이용 안해봐서 모르겠고 그냥 시내 돌아다니다가 잠만 자기엔 나쁘지않네요.

Rude, Deceptive Staff - Classic Bait & Switch

We booked the Palm Beach Hotel during the Tet Holiday, but when we arrived to the Hotel we were informed otherwise. They tried to make us believe that we booked "Palm Beach 2" which is allegedly a hotel several blocks away. When I showed my natural suspicion, the Hotel staff gave me a rude look and advised that this "Palm Beach 2" was newer and cleaner and they would pay for a taxi there. Considering almost everything was booked solid due to Tet, we decided to hop in the taxi and drive over. The "Palm Beach 2" is in an unmarked location behind the Lanterns Restaurant. It's on a dirt, unpaved road next to a lot of construction. When we arrived, the Hotel Staff, and possibly the owner, asked for our passports. We simply stated that we'd like to see the room first - as we had already been blatantly lied to. He then made a snarky remark in Vietnamese and the staff showing us the room just snickered at us. The room was very clean and certainly new. However, we paid extra for a Balcony with View, and 1 Queen Bed. This room, as it was in a different hotel, had 2 twin beds and no balcony. Overall, the hotel was clean. But, the finishing touches have not yet been taken care of. There was no hot water at all during our stay and the breakfast was nasty. It seemed to be prepared ad hoc and there were dead flies in the sliced cucumbers. There's also a bathroom light that cannot be shut off because the electrical was likely done haphazardly. Would not recommend.

Если не придираться к мелочам, то все очень достойно. Отель небольшой, расположен в самом центре Европейского квартала, до моря идти пару минут. Идеальное расположение! Есть балкон со столиком и двумя стульям, что редкость во Вьетнаме. В отеле есть небольшой бассейн во внутреннем дворике . Мыло, шампунь и гель для душа, вода обновляли каждый день, уборку если не вешать табличку не беспокоить делают каждый день. Завтраки очень достойные, разнообразные, но единственное «но» обслуживающий персонал ресторана -очень ленив, надо постоянно просить добавить продукты, так и стоят пустые тарелки, пока не попросишь что-то добавить. С хлебом вообще проблема, как-то попросили хлеба ,как обычно стояла пустая тарелка-ответили ,что «нет»-хотя до конца завтрака оставалось 40 минут. По поводу сервиса претензий никаких - весь персонал очень милый, искренне улыбаются,. В целом, отель весьма неплохой, свою тройку оправдывает полностью.

it's terrible experience I ever had

I'm happy with the hotel location closed to city center, but I'm extremely disappointed of the condition of hotel, the room has stink smell ,dirty floor with lots of ants, the aircon was leaking and very noisy while its operating. it's worse experience I ever had, my whole family didn't have a good night sleep beacause of the disturbing loud muisc from outside of the street. we only stayed one night then moved out to other nice and clean hotel to stay for the rest of our holiday. I'm strongly not recommended this dirty and noisy hotel to everyone.

How to cope with noise in the 3* hotel?

Very noisy area and clientele. Windows and doors no more tight to the exterior noise and smells. But staff very friendly and helpful.

위치는 매우 좋았지만,,,

위치도 좋고 직원들도 친절했지만 호텔이 매우 오래돼서 쾌적함이 많이 부족합니다. 1층 도로변 객실은 소음도 굉장히 심해요 ㅜㅜ
