Shocking! I want my money back! It’s a 2 star hotel. My supplier wouldn’t even let me stay in the hotel so they took my place and put me up in another hotel! People were sleeping in the lobby! The pool area was a mess! The gym was tiny and you couldn’t even get past All the cushions! It was noisy and down some dodgy street! It’s not 5 star as represented!

The majestic premium is a brand new hotel , and yet to be completed , so there were interruptions and constant waiting for the lift due to tradesmen . But having said that the hotel staff were very helpful , very pleasant and they made our stay enjoyable , we would definitely stay there again , Tim

27階建ての18階に泊まりました。 玄関や他のフロアは、まだ建設中で作業員の方が大量に出入りされてました。 五つ星にしては、部屋のサイズも狭く残念な印象です。 受付の人が笑顔で対応してくれたのが救いです。
