hotel accueillant sur internet seulement

nous avons appris seulement a notre arrivee que la reservation n'a pas marche. On nous a propose d'aller a l'hotel a cote, sans autre alternative et sans une excuse. L'etablissement d'a cote est vetuste,sale, avec une climatisation intermittente et une douche qui inonde toute la salle d'eau. Heureusement nous n'avons reserve qu'une nuit. D'autres hotels tres corrects existent, certains affichent meme leurs prix officiels attribues.

The worst hotel in Nha Trang - be warned!

We requested a room overlooking the ocean (we were on our honeymoon and had waited 23 years for this opportunity) instead we ended up with a very small room at the back of the hotel with 1 window 600 x 600mm with bars over it. It was supposed to be an eco hotel, but they forgot to inform the guests the water gets turned off every night and if you are up early there is no water only a dribble for a shower. The staff (except the cleaners) are really quite rude and indifferent (they cater mostly for the chinese customers) We were horrified to say the least, any complaint was met with we don't understand! Never have I experienced such a dreadful hotel.

Look Elsewhere

Room was okay! Bathroom drain was blocked and the toilet consistently choked. The breakfast was awful so didnt waste our time eating at the hotel. Staff were quite agressive and lacked customer service. I wont be back and dont reccomend it to others alot better around and at better prices and better locations..

Don't put yourself through it!!!!

The golden lotus..... What's good to say about this place???? Let's start with: 1. Unwelcoming manarisms and rude 2. Cold showers, shower doors don't close 3. So so comfortable beds 4. Absolute rudeness from front line reception staff whilst waiting for others downstairs! Pulled faces and talked rudely behind guests backs infront of myself 5. One room was given a hairdryer other room was told no hairdryers supplied 6. Breakfast = no thanks!!!!!!!! Ladies extremely rude couldn't take one bread roll away for my nephew! Only good thing was getting the heck out of there!!!
