Summary:

Situated on the foothills overlooking Ngunguru Village- our spacious 5 Double bedrooms , 2 bathroom home will give you ample room for your entire group.

Large open plan full kitchen/ dining with direct access to outdoor eating area next to private hot tub with Ocean Views. Comfortable lounge with free wifi and smart tv



The Space:

5 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms which comfortably sleeps 13 guests (optional extra sleeping in the sleep-out - please enquire)

Hot tub with Ocean Views, out door covered BBQ Area on back patio, and 2nd outdoor eating area with Rural ocean Views. Full kitchen, dishwasher, oven and wood burner fire. TV Lounge with Free Wifi to connect the smart TV.

Air conditioning in Bedroom 1 which can facilitate air con to 4 of the 5 bedrooms.



Open Air Hot tub - Optional Extra - please contact us if you would like this prepared for your stay. An additional $60 will apply for servicing.

Pet Friendly, but neighbouring paddocks have livestock. Guests must control their animals and ensure they do not enter paddocks with other animals or harm livestock.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the home and driveway.



There is a garage at the front of the property that the owners may access from time to time throughout the stay.

Around the home are gardens and livestock that need regular maintenance. We will be in touch if the owners need access during your time at the Lodge. We appreciate your understanding!



Other Things to Note:

Linen hire and Departure clean services are provided for all stays and will be included in the booking fee.



This includes beds made up on your arrival, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats face cloths and tea towels provided for your stay.



Departure clean does not include Rubbish removal or BBQ Cleaning. Property should be left in a reasonably tidy condition with furniture returned as you found it.

We are local and available to help and support, however is contactless check-in and we typically leave our guests to enjoy their stay uninterrupted.

Great family holiday despite storm

The property easily accommodated 12 of us. It is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for a big group. Despite the rain every day the spa was greatly appreciated by all. Ngunguru is a great place to holiday with easy access to many walks and beaches. Two of the boys learned to surf at Matapouri. A visit to Whale Bay is a must.The property is more rustic than we had expected from the photos but views are great and each room has plenty of light. We appreciated the owner making the effort to arrange a telescope so our German grandchildren could see the stars. Thanks Natalie.
