Great food options on rotation for breakfast. Staff were very nice and offered a complimentary ride back to the airport with a 3 nights or more stay there, which we didn’t know about. The extra work put into the decor for our room to celebrate one of our birthdays was very cute and appreciated.

The hotel itself was quite nice and clean, and we likely would have given 4 or 5 stars except for the fact that the room described in our booking was not what we were given. We booked a two bedroom suite that was advertised as two bedrooms with private bathrooms, king beds, separate dining/living area with table and couch. What we received was a one bedroom suite where the couch had been removed and a queen bed put in its place. And the second 'ensuite' was more like a powder room with a small stand up shower that couldn't be used without flooding the whole bathroom. When we brought these discrepancies to the hotel we were told essentially you get what you get. And there was no effort to fix the unusable shower. Overall the hotel itself was fine, buffet breakfast was good and outside of the room issue the staff was very friendly but be aware that the photos online are intentionally deceiving and are advertised as much larger than reality.
