"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I was initially assigned a room where the bathroom exhausted fan was so obnoxiously loud that I had to request a change of room. On second night, there was no running water to my hotel room located on the fifth floor. When I requested to be moved to a room with running water so I can shower, a male receptionist asked if I can just temporarily shower in another room but stay in the current room without running water for the night. "The room was not cleaned when we arrived. However Dan was helpful with helping out on the issue. All of the towels we got during the stay had dirty stains on them though. We stayed during July and the building was very overcrowded, so the elevator was always full and it took a long time to get out/home. On a positive note it’s a good location and in walking distance from a mall, and has a lot of restaurant options nearby! "
