Close to 11pm and there were reportedly 24 other guests still waiting to get into their rooms ahead of me. Then, when I was trying my luck at the front desk, both of my credit cards were repeatedly "declined" when trying to pay the deposit, something I have never experienced before (I had used the one card about 15 minutes earlier, and I used the second card later that night, so the cards were not the problem). I was told, "Get another credit card," which is a ridiculous thing to tell a guest trying to get into their room. I strongly suspect that this was a ploy to get people to give up and leave the hotel. I came back in a few minutes later to get the staff member's name, and I saw another guest holding multiple credit cards in his hand looking exasperated.

"スタッフは英語を使わないためコミュニケーションにGoogle翻訳が必須ですが、宿泊者の希望に応えようという姿勢が常にどのスタッフからも感じられました。部屋は様々なタイプがありますが、今回宿泊して部屋はドアを開けると直ぐにバスタブがあり、シャワーは全然違う場所にあるという不思議な構造で使いにくいと感じました。洗面台のライトも最新のタッチセンサー式でし たが壊れていて点灯しませんでした。プール、露天風呂は清潔でリゾートホテルとして魅力的だと感じました。クレジットカードを利用できないので注意が必要です。"
