Arrived at 3am with tired kids but check-in was easy and friendly. Room was ok, clean and bed was comfortable. It was very difficult to move around in the room with the pull-out sofa bed extended.
Quite a rabbit warren to find the room with no lift access to our floor. Made us a bit nervous about fire safety.
No air conditioning and heaters were off so the room was very cold on arrival which was a shame as it was a very cold night in mid winter.
