"We just returned from a month-long stay at Ker Yaye Fatou. As a large family of 7 it offered us more than enough space to fully enjoy one another’s company! Both Mr. Mbaye and Armando Mane made sure all of our needs were met. The house was cleaned daily by Seynabou. which we really appreciated. Mane went out of his way to answer any questions as well as secure and maintain the property. It is a beautiful spacious home not far from the beach, Diamniadio, Yène and Popenguine. "We had an amazing stay at this beach house. The location was perfect, the house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our time there. The only area for improvement would be the check-in process and communication, which could have been smoother and more responsive. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again."

"I significantly decrease my rating for the place, because as usual I learned that with politeness you get nowhere in Royal Baobab. Garden is beautiful, food is ok, beach is nice. That all stays. The workers there are awesome people. But as well stays that the weakest point of the facility is "management" staff. I faced unpleasant problem: in my room, there was only hot, boiling water getting out of the taps. No cold one. As we arrived little late, I left it to morning (might be some lack of water, or might solve itself.. TIA), but being there with little baby, it started to be serious problem. I attended twice Reception and once - I guess cleaners manager - during the day, but only achived that arriving maintenace stated "low pressure" without further action. I spent all day trying to sort out crap that is not my issue, so when came really agitated at 18:00, unable to wash my tiny kid and as well not able to reach any conclusion, one of reception staff had audacity to lecture me about my attitude. I guess that considering the price and the fact I was more than polite for the whole day without hygiene, this is beyond any red line. I did as well heard in one moment, that reception staff is not responsible for that. Sorry. You are. Majority of staff is awesome in this place, they do their job awesomly. But management just sucks. If you do not need specific (larger) room, I recommend any comptetition, or just AirB&B, will be not disappointed."
