"Right on the beach a great position but sadly tired & worn. Had to request cleaning as it didn’t happen unless I did. Could do with a good clean & a good luck of paint. Staff pleasant enough but not very forthcoming coming spent too much time on their phones"

"Have stayed here before and really enjoyed it, has to be one of the better hotels in Kovalam beach. We are actually staying here in a March and accidentally booked the wrong date, but the hotel let us change the booking free of charge even though we had a non refundable/changeable reservation.
