Rooms were clean, but like every motel needed updating, but clean. Nobody at the front counter, communication between employees and host was poor, had trouble with my VRBO reservation.If it’s just me, not my family, I would stay here again just for the price and it’s proximity to Iowa Speedway"

"Affordable and spacious stay for our family of 4 and my 1 year old grandson. Updated interior, beds were all comfortable, clean, close to walking trail for my daily morning walk, friendly neighbors. Having two bathrooms is always a plus! Outdoor space was nice, just could have used some mowing prior to arrival. We would definitely stay here again!"
