"This is a beautiful rental property. The view & setting is wonderful & very private, entered through electric gates. Ample parking & lovely big terrace with outdoor table. The lane to the property is unmetaled & a farm track but it's not very far from the road so did not pose an issue for us. Property itself is lovely, well maintained & everything you could need for a holiday away. All very clean & tidy. I would highly recommend."

"The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat...

"Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended"

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent both at breakfast and at the bar. The tv in the room could be somewhat bigger with more channels available and a box of tissues left in the room would be welcome. Overall a very nice experience."

Accommodations: The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home after a busy day out. Service: What truly sets this place apart is the team. The staff were fantastic and genuinely friendly, always going above and beyond with a welcoming smile to ensure we had everything we needed. "A new hotel with very friendly staff who brought a dog bowl to the dog friendly room. A bit of confusion between Hotel app and the hotel itself as to what had been booked and paid for, despite booking 2 adults, a 16 yo and a dog and replying the their email giving all the details again for 3 adults and a dog, and again at check out I was asked again who was in the room! Didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked lovely. Very nicely kitted out room, a massive bed with an amazing mattress and bedding. Would stay again!"

"This is a amazing cottage in a fantastic village Also great location to visit other places The cottage has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stayThe host's Maddy and Godfrey are very helpful I would recommend this cottage to anyone and I will be going back there The village has two fantastic pubs which do very good food and a village shop which sells most things It just a fantastic place"
