We had a great time here! The communal space was large enough for us all to hang out and even with a full house there were enough nooks and crannies for people to have some alone time. And waking up to a view of Sunday River was so aesthetic

our stay there was wonderful the view that we got from the balcony every morning and even evenings was beautiful there was enough space for us to walk around inside and outside the house with our dog. And since it was surrounded by trees, it gave us privacy to enjoy the quietness of the area.

Annual MLK weekend

An annual ski trip with us, our kids & their friends. This house was great. Plenty of storage for ski gear. Space for everyone to hang out, play games & enjoy some quiet after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen was stocked to feed our crew. The view of the mountain is wonderful as well.

House exceeded our expectations. We spent significantly more time in the house since mountain was closed for two days due to high winds. But there was plenty of room and we enjoyed our stay. Amazing views of the trails from many rooms.

We booked a last-minute, two-night stay at this stunning home near Sunday River in Newry, Maine, and it was an absolute dream! With multiple children in tow, we were thrilled to find the house spacious, beautifully furnished, and perfectly accommodating for our family. From the luxurious bedding to the high-end fixtures and appliances, every detail felt thoughtfully designed.The kids especially loved the hot tub after long days of skiing, and the adults appreciated the cozy atmosphere and breathtaking mountain views. The location was ideal—very close 3 minutes away to Sunday River slopes for convenience yet private enough to enjoy a true getaway. This gorgeous home truly made our quick weekend escape unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous House Minutes from Sunday River

My friends and I needed a getaway for the weekend with our kids and we booked this spacious house. It was perfect. Up to date and very clean. The beds and couches were so comfortable! The kids had an awesome time in the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked. Felt like the weekend went by too quick! The only thing that I was a bit weirded out about was no shades for the bathrooms or bedrooms. Could just be the new style, but you never know if there’s some weirdo in the woods somewhere looking in. Other than that it was a perfect getaway. Jason was very responsive with every question I had.

The host were kind and friendly and understanding. The house was beautiful and clean. We ran into no issues. We very much so enjoyed our time there. Very comfortable couches and beds! The showers upstairs are amazing. Massive bedrooms. The view is amazing. Such a nice deck! We loved the fire pit. Everything was clean.
