About this property
North Peak 3-210 located at Sunday River Ski Resort
- This condo is located in Building three at North Peak. Some of the best trail access offered right from this building. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Living room offers a gas fireplace. Sitting by the fireplace is the perfect spot to be after a long day on the slopes. One bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedroom is the bunk room with two sets of bunks. Full bath. There is a ski locker for renters use. Also coin operated washers and dryers in the building. North Peak also offer an outdoor heated pool. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

We had a really wonderful stay! Rental was immaculately clean and stocked with everything we need. The storage locker for our ski stuff was phenomenal and made the ski in/ ski out work flawlessly. We will be back!!

Four guys return to North Peak for another great outing.
