It has a great location in the desirable Nye Beach district of Newport and boasts incredible views of the ocean from inside and out. Inside this spacious condo, you will find everything you need including a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable furnishings.

Nice location and great views. The unit is comfortable and well appointed (plenty of dishes, etc). Good location near to Nye Beach. Love the unit but, given the fees charged, it would have been nice not to have to wash the windows to enjoy the views.

Amazing Coastal View

Extremely clean, spacious, and oh, those views are breathtaking! The balcony view could not be beat woth the beach and the coast. The lighthouse is in plain view, and we even saw whales breaching the first 2 days. Wonderful property and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfy Condo and Lovely View

This 3rd-floor condo has commanding views of Nye Beach, with Agate Beach and Yaquina Head Lighthouse beyond. The unit is well-appointed with comfortable furniture and super-comfy beds. The unit was immaculately clean. The elevator was a big plus. The TV was unimportant to us, but I suggest you provide some written instructions on how the entertainment package works with the remotes. We would consider coming again.

A Condo With A View

The unit has a large great room that flows from the kitchen to dining area to living room with a gas fireplace and then a sliding glass door to a larger than usual deck. It is an end unit so there are wonderful oversized windows. It is on the top floor, which means it has a great view down the beach and the Yaquina lighthouse. There is an elevator.

Beach Getaway

This condo has a wonderful ocean view. The beds were one hard mattress on top of plywood. The kitchen had all amenities but no ice maker. It is close to Nye Beach by car. The condo complex was very quiet. The gas fireplace was cozy on the stormy days. The dishwasher was nonexistent but is expected to be installed in Nov With afew upgrades i would consider this condo a "luxury condo."

Nice and tidy

The unit was clean and arrangements were easy. I need to express my dislike for the second bedroom: the bed was uncomfortable and the closet was stuffed with thi.gs so that it was awkward to use. However, we enjoyed our stay overall. Gorgeous view from master suite.

Great location. Great condo. But we were killing bugs in the kitchen area the entire time we were there. Left text for property manager which responded with a “We knew there was an issue but the exterminators must not have got em all, here’s $100 for your troubles “

Amazing views, beautiful unit

The complex was very clean, fresh linens, and fully appointed. The view was amazing and loved the fireplace. The elevator and luggage cart made for simple unloading. The main room is large, open and airy. The kitchen was very nice, clean and had the basic needs. There is no ice maker or filtered water so bring your own. The ceilings are high so the space feels even larger. The bathrooms are also quite large and roomy. The complex is very quiet, close to town and area attractions. Visited the bay with the aquarium, shops, a maritime museum, and dinner at Clearwater watching the boats return to the dock. The restaurant overlooked a large pod of sea lions right below the windows. Excellent food, service, and ambiance. We also dined at Georgie's but found the service lacking compared to Clearwater. We never made it to the beach due to the weather but it was fun watching braver souls meander along.

Easy check in, with an email and a code for the key box. No app necessary! The place was clean and well appointed. The deduction for the cleanliness was long hairs found in both bathrooms, including the tub and one of the counters. The kitchen had some items put away that weren't very clean. I will note, that the OVEN was clean, unlike a previous review stated, so that was a relief!The place is furnished ok. The sofa had seen better days and could use an update. The beds were so-so. I would have appreciated a headboard on the queen bed, because it's against a window, and that makes it difficult to sit up in bed, having that indent in the wall there. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the main bedroom, and the balcony. There was an unhoused individual camping illegally on the grounds right next to the property, so her set up was part of our view. But she was very quiet, and discreet about being there. The house next to the property is a bit of an eyesore as well, junk outside, etc. But that isn't the fault of the property owner, so I am not deducting any stars for that. Just more of an FYI. You can see the beach, a beautiful sunset, and a great view of the lighthouse, so perhaps, just focus on the good.Location: pretty convenient. There is no way to get down to the beach from this property. You have to walk down or drive a few blocks to the nye beach shopping area with the archway, to get down to the sand. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and met our needs!

Stunning view, beautiful main space and deck, great location for sights near or far. That part is 5 star. The primary bedroom has fab view and is large with its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is small with no view and the building light outside is visible overnight. The kitchen has enough cookware, but cheap dishes for such a beautiful space (with only 3 wineglasses total) and the bbq was filthy with no propane tank supplied even though the listing says it was included.

Great view

The view is awesome! Access to beach not far from building down a path. The beach is great. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Loved that there was a cart in closet to use to bring our belongings up.
