"I loved my stay at the Embarcadero and actually wished I was staying for more than 1 night. The room was great. I was especially impressed with the view of the marina. The balcony was perfect for reading my book at the end of the day. The only thing that made this a 4 star stay over a 5 star was that the room was incredibly hot when I walked in. I’m sure this was because of the way my room was situated and the sun had been shining into it most of the day. To my knowledge there wasn’t any ac. However, after pulling down the blinds and opening the balcony door and windows, it cooled down. And once the sun went down, things cooled off too. Also be aware that there was a flight of stairs to go up before getting to the main room. The restaurant/bar on site is great as well. I’d like to give a huge shout out to the bartender working that night. I know her name started with a B, but that’s all I remember. She was bartending and waitressing for the main area. She did a great job, was so friendly, and really seemed like she enjoyed her job."
