This brand new Newport Beach house, completed in July of 2025, and just steps to the Beach or the Bay boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, 3 of which have a king bed, and 1 with a bunk bed system (with a queen on bottom and a double on top). There are 3 full bathrooms with tub/shower, (the masterbedroom having a double wide jucuzzi tub) and a half bath near the kitchen/great room. Guests can relax in the soothing ambiance of this terrific property either in the kitchen/dinning/front room which will easily seat 10 guest or just hang out on our third floor covered patio equipped with gas BBQ, vanity/sink, large flat sceen tv, terrific view, and 7 person jucuzzi tub. The kitchen is set up for any style of cooking complete with most anything you may need with all the modern conveniences This custom home comes complete with AC, heating, washer/dryer, iron/board, EV charger, beach chairs, some beach toys and towels, a cover all canopy to set up on the sand. There are 5 large flat screen TV's that are set up to stream your own personal platforms, such as Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney,,,ect, The elevator can take you from the garage to the third floor. The house comes with a full one car garage and a carport, but there is plenty of free parking all round the neighborhood.

Fabulous stay! The location, the home, the host: everything was exceptional! The home was well kept, modern, and as wonderful as pictured. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals, and there were many restaurants nearby. The area was great, family friendly and very close to the beach. Don't miss out on this great place! Very comfortable for multiple families.
