Our home is located in a prime location intertwining glamour and convenience, it is situated steps away from the bay and one block from Marine Ave., the heart of Balboa lsland including a gourmet market, an abundance of charming boutiques, and note-worthy restaurants. Allow your dreams of coastal extravagance to come to life on the prestigious Balboa Island-an unrivaled haven in this iconic and historical destination.

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, you can ride the Ferry to the peninsula and hop on the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, or Sailing Adventures which all depart from the docks across the bay.

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. We just got back from the BEST family vacation on Balboa Island. We stayed at this Duplex and it was perfect. There were 6 adults and 3 children, and we never had to get in the car. We walked to the beach every day or to Marine Ave for great restaurants and shopping. The home is absolutely beautiful, both kitchens fully stocked and living space is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We all slept great, and enjoyed having the beach chairs, towels and sand toys available to us. We will definitely be back, hope to make it an annual trip. And the property managers were a pleasure to work with, always so prompt in replying to my emails, and very helpful. Great trip!!
