Boasting unparalleled charm, exquisite design, and prime location, this exceptional vacation rental offers an unforgettable retreat for families and groups seeking an idyllic island getaway. This vacation rental has 4 well appointed bedrooms. The main master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bath and balcony with seating. A second master bedroom offers a queen bed, an en-suite bath with a tub and shower combo, a balcony with seating and direct access to the loft. The 2 remaining bedrooms offer 2 twin beds in one and a full and a twin bed the another.



Conveniently located on Balboa Island, guests can explore the charming streets lined with boutiques, galleries, and restaurants, or take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront promenade. For adventure seekers, nearby attractions such as Balboa Fun Zone, Newport Beach Pier, and Fashion Island offer endless entertainment options.

Nice holiday for the boat parade

The home is exactly as pictured. It was comfortable and well located. Property managers seem very pleasant and efficient. Great spot for a family or group of friends.

Great house

Loved the house and neighborhood. Balboa and Newport were so pretty & we loved walking and shopping. Rogers Gardens was a highlight. In front master bedroom a light was out and the bathroom faucet was loose. Thanks

Lovely Family Stay

This is our second time staying at this property and our first renting through Vrbo. We love this home, the location is amazing, can’t be beat. So close to the ferry which we took every day. The delicious Mexican restaurant/coffee shop nearby is such a treat. The walk to the main Baboa Island strip was lovely along the boardwalk. The place was clean and had such great flexibility with many rooms which our family loved. I noticed a few positive upgrades compared to our last visit including renewed carpet in the upstairs loft and spiral staircase to the roof which was much more family friendly! We would certainly stay again.

Upon our arrival the water and ice maker were not connected. The office was not answering phones at 4:30. I was able to use text emergency no. That was fixed but the water leaked into the bottom drawer and everything was covered in Ice. Towel quality Poor! cockroaches upstairs, No coffee filters or laundry pods upon arrival. Overall a dissapointing 2 weeks.!!!
