Best thing is the location, a short, easy walk to the beach. Worst thing is the tight parking. I was lucky to find street parking as I would not want to have to squeeze a second car in! The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed the selection of games and toys. Only two small quibbles - I had asked if there was coffee and told yes, but there wasn't. Fortunately a good coffee place nearby! Also, I had asked about beach toys and didn't get an answer - there were plenty of shovels and rakes and so on, but no pails. Other than those two small things, we loved our stay.

The place was walking distance to the beach. The outdoor space was wonderful, the fireplace was great and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It’s a little tight if you do have 10 people, do be prepared to spend all of your time outside if you have a lot of people. There is only one small living room inside. Wonderful time on the beach and friendly neighbors!

Good location from the beach. About a 15 min walk to the pier. Our 4 teen kids loved having the bikes to explore. Overall great place to rent with a family. Darcie is very responsive and helped with anything we needed. We will stay here again when we return

I absolutely had a great time here, the house and location were perfect! I literally walked 20 yards to the sand. The place was clean and all the amenities were sufficient for our stay. I would definitely come back again.
