Warm plank flooring throughout the residence with open great room kitchen dining and living room. 3 bedrooms are en-suite all with king size beds. Third floor has lovely patio with a peek-a-boo sight of the sea with double french doors and an additional king size bed. Second floor landing makes for a perfect office or place to have the kids watch their media. Expansive garage with bicycles available upon tenant request. Spacious front patio has room for dining or just hanging out with a refreshing beverage. Freshly painted inside and out. Steps to the ocean and 2 blocks for a splash in the bay.
