- Enjoy this comfortable, clean, classic Beach House located in the heart of Balboa Island! Here you are 1.5 blocks from the Bayfront and 1.5 blocks from a legendary Frozen Banana. Everything the Island has to offer is right around the corner!
The exterior of the house will sweep you away to that classic Balboa charm with its white picket fence and signature Dutch door. Inside you will find a chic, updated open space fit with a Smart TV, bluetooth sound bar and excellent wifi.
The kitchen and dining room are equipped with everything you will need to prepare and enjoy family meals. Go for additional dining space on the back deck where you’ll find a gas grill and teak table perfect for a summer night barbecue.
The kids will get a kick out of the summer camp feel of bunk beds in one room, while you relax in the master suite fit with its own bathroom and shower. All linens and towels are included and laundered with top of the line attention to cleanliness and comfort.
