This newly renovated and updated duplex is just 5 houses from the sand!

Downstairs unit has 2 king bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living space, and fireplace. 3 flat screen televisions with HD cable and high speed wireless internet included.

Front porch/patio has table, chairs, seating area, and BBQ.



Upstairs unit has 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, large living area with fireplace, dining room, and full kitchen.

Large balcony is accessible from this unit, which includes a BBQ and seating area .



Washer and dryer is available



3 parking spots are available for use during your stay (2 inside garage and 1 on the side of the house).



The property is arranged to accommodate a family who enjoys time together but also appreciates privacy. Although it is considered 2 units and has a private entrance for the upstairs unit, it is also very intimate as each unit has special amenities that coordinate well with the other. The beds are very comfortable with cozy linens and featherbeds and down comforters. Sleeping comfortably is a must for our family. The bathroom arrangement is unusual as each bedroom has it's own bathtub/shower and the upstairs has an extra full bath making it 3 bedrooms with 4 baths.



This property is close to everything you would like for the area. The beach is a short 1/2 block (50 yds), grocery store is a walk, bike ride away. Bike rental is 1 block, restaurants and shopping is a walk down the boardwalk which we enjoy daily when we are there.

We rented the full duplex and it was a super nice stay! Very clean and comfortable for our adult spring break trip. The photos on the listing don’t do it as much justice - we found it to be very spacious with enough room to spread out. Great booking!

Great Overall Experience!

This property had everything we needed for a long weekend with friends. The house was stocked with more than enough towels for trips to the beach, and each kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. One week of joy with sun and surf

VERY Comfortable and Clean

We loved the delightful accommodations at Rory and Tim's 2-story place. It was just steps from the beach in Newport ! All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean. Our group loved the well-appointed kitchens and outside patio for breakfast! Family get together

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The upstairs downstairs units worked perfectly for our group of 8 adults and 4 kids under 7 and an infant. There are tons of toys in the garage to take to the beach., which is less than a block away, and beautiful! Tim was very responsive and helpful to any questions and the check in process was easy. The house is clean and comfortable, well equipped. It’s an easy walk to the pier and there are many stores and restaurants there. We did a Duffy boat ride in Balboa village that we all enjoyed. A wonderful place, would highly recommend! Thanks Tim!

Wonderful House & Location!!!

This house exceeded our expectations. Each bedroom had it’s own bath. We had 5 couples and the house was perfect! Literally a block from the beach. The house had all the fun stuff needed for the beach! The host was responsive and kind! We are definitely going to make this our yearly vacation!! Perfect neighborhood and location. We hired a personal chef for a dinner one of the nights and it fit 15 of us comfortably. Thank you!
