Our apartment is perfect for a single traveler or small family of four. Whats great about our home is that you have a view from the living room which can double as a 2nd bedroom with a pullout couch.
Amenities we don't want to overlook are Garage Parking for a single vehicle, washer and dryer located in the garage, fully equipped kitchen, Cable/Smart TV, and all the beach amenities you could ever need. If you want to know if we provide something, please just ask!
HOME LOCATION
Located on 2nd Street just a quick walk from the Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, & Ferry with Volleyball Courts and fire-pits directly in front you are never more than a few minutes away from the action! From our oceanfront home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, Duffy boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families.
For those of you wanting to Shop, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry and catch a quick taxi up the Hill to the Shops at Fashion Island.

This Property is a Duplex, in the front of the building is a 4 Bedroom Home which can be rented separately.

Home has a complete set of stairs (1) to access the home.
Laundry
Laundry Facilities are shared.Please be courteous and respectful when using this shared space. Be mindful of other guests' schedules and remove items promptly.
Air-Conditioning
This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.
Parking Details
You are provided with the (1) Parking Spot in the (2) Car Garage. Although your Large Trucks/SUVs may fit, mid-sized vehicles are recommended. Garage dimensions are (78.5" H - 229" L - 92" W per garage stall)
High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.
Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
