We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our team member did the right thing. We can not let you check in on Saturday night when your reservation is for Tuesday. When you needed the money back for the reservation which you made by mistake you were requesting our team member to refund that wrongly booked reservation which we did. Next time we advise you to book reservation for correct dates else have your driver a company credit card or provide authorization to him. So, the driver does not have to suffer. To prevent fraud hotel does not take card over the phone.

kaylee, We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. I did ask the night auditor about what went wrong and I also checked the camera. Here are my findings and possible reason for your score. You were denied to get a room at first place, you were not old enough to rent a room. You said someone else booked room for you. Later on you bring someone else stating ur aunt to get a room key. During check in time it was mentioned only two ladies and a kid. Night auditor noticed total five guests in two cars two ladies and three guys entered in a room. We do not allow more than legally occupied limit.We do follow local laws if that means unhappy and unsatisfied guests who lied at first place. It is fine. We will not allow in future this sort of activity at our premises. Sorry for the trouble that night auditor declined to collect the money for extra people from you.

Shamesha, We are sorry to hear about your experience with us during your stay with us. We are sorry to see you going and not coming back again. You mentioned about roaches and bug, but all of our rooms have hard surfaces. Which gets cleaned by housekeeper on daily basis with a floor cleaner. We have a monthly pest control team members who come and do pest control in all rooms. The room you stayed in many guests before and two guests after you stayed and none of them have complained or said anything about roaches. We would love if you would have call us when you were there and saw roaches. So, we can talk to our pest control company and house keeping as well. Another thing you mentioned about working a man on Sunday morning. We do not have any man working on Sunday morning or any morning shift. I am not sure which unfriendly front desk staff you encountered with.
