"Breakfast was wonderful (though often not prepared on time). Housekeeping only cleaned half of our room one day and not at all on another day (we stayed a total of seven days). One day they came in to clean our room at 7pm (way too late and disruptive) and left all of our trash and towels by the door instead of taking them away - they left these items there for a whole day. No apologies for not cleaning our rooms when we let them know and requested new towels. Cleanliness overall was lacking. We have multiple trips to Denver this year and will not be staying at Staybridge again. "

"I showed up right at check in and the staff said that if I hadn’t checked in to the app we were going to have to wait for a room because they over booked. I don’t travel often so I don’t have a need to download the Hilton app. I waited for an hour and a half before I could check in. Spent another 30 minutes with worthless Expedia trying to get some sort of compensation since I was basically robbed of time that I paid for. The best the hotel and Expedia could do was 13 bucks credited to the Expedia account. I don’t have an Expedia account so I was basically out of luck. No one from the hotel offered me any form of compensation as it wasn’t “that long of a wait.” The next morning I checked out early and noticed that I had been charged $65 extra. Luckily I was smart enough to check with the staff and they said there had been a mistake and “hopefully” would be fixed. When I was leaving the property I noticed a strong gas smell in the lobby that was concerning. When I arrived at my vehicle in the parking lot, I noticed my windshield had 2 big cracks in it. At this point I just left in frustration because I didn’t have time to mention it. What kind of a business are you all running? What trash. "

"Loved being able to have our fur babies with us in Denver. House was very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to what we needed! The host, Jeff, was great to deal with and very responsive to questions. We recommend his VRBO! "

"The property was wonderful. 5 bedrooms all with king sized beds! Beautiful backyard and wonderful kitchen. I really enjoyed the desk in the corner so I could easily work remotely. Beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to the transit line. Highly recommend and would stay here again. My 2 dogs agree!"
