Very much as described and the photos which was very promising. major disappointment was that with cold rainy weather i could not get the heater working so my 2 nights were quite uncomfortable as i had to really rug up. Multiple emails to try and rectify the problem proved unsuccessful.

Great host
Met our host, lovely lady with some great local knowledge. The room was great, including a spa, lounge suite and coffee. The central living area was also great as we had to log on to work for a couple of hours and made use of the dining table!

You pay for item in the Ad and never gets .
Prove to the property manager what is offered by sending an email with a shot from the booking and he ignores it. He refuses to refund for the item which is I paid for during booking.

From the get go the people in charger/owners were ok to deal with i did ask for some chocolate and wine to be left in the room ( surprise for my partner) Because the charge for the room cane off his card they charged the same card wgen i CLEARLY said id pay it was a surprise then i did get alil upset and said pls stop the payment and ill pay eith MY CARD they immediately said sorry we will remove all chocolates and wine from the room and where very rude Then when i said i was outraged they placed it back in the room NO CHARGE Which i thought was lovely as apparently they never have that service which in my thoughts id hate to have a honeymoon there. Got there i wont go into how it looked but again thanks for tr

The perfect relaxing getaway
Beautiful views and a balcony + spa to take them in with! The room was lovely and clean - the spa was also super clean which was impressive. The bed was comfy, there was a nice little kitchenette, the shower had good water pressure and there was a smart TV with wifi. A really great weekend away - thank you :)

Three nights at Moonlight Bay
The location of Moonlight Bay Ocean View is ideal. You can't get any closer than this to Westernport Bay and stay dry! Furthermore, you're within walking distance of the shops and it's only a short drive to more shops! The property is charming and extremely clean, with just about every comfort you could desire.

We loved our stay, very relaxing, beautiful views.
The stay was wonderful, I had read reviews so knew to bring our own coffee as there was only a coffee machine there, there was also only herbal teas and no milk as we discovered on the first morning. We had a 4 night stay and it would of been great to have an extra couple of towels as there is the spa and shower. Otherwise our stay was perfect and we loved sitting on the balcony with a wine.

Penguins return to burrows, we return to Moonlight Bay & Gallery
A clean and comfortable accommodation. Enjoyed the ocean view while having morning coffee sitting at the balcony. Great location at the entry point of the island. Thank you and we will be back.

Good place for a nice relaxing time away, view was amazing especially from the spa. The locks that housed the keys were a tad confusing as they aren't numbered to match the room number (not that I saw anyway) also just wish check in was a bit earlier But would definitely stay again and recommend to friends 😊

This room was quiet and relaxing, and we also liked that only adults could stay here. Both days we were up early before 7am as the sun comes directly into this room, even with the blinds closed, but it wasn't really an issue for us as we don't sleep in on holidays. The room on first appearances was clean, the bathroom was spotless and no signs of mold, the spa area was also clean. The small kitchenette was also very clean and tidy. Coffee pods & tea provided, but no coffee granule sachets if you don't want to use coffee machine. Fridge is very small. If you like a firm bed, then this will be fine for you, otherwise bring a travel mattress topper to give some softness. The view from the balcony in the morning is lovely and its a nice touch to have a coffee on the balcony. This accomodation is two storey, so there's people living on the first floor, then the 4 guest rooms above with a shared living space/lobby in between. The garden at the back of the property is in need of maintenence, a shame really as I can see from reviews a few years ago it was one of the special features of this property. Overall we enjoyed staying here but there were a few things that could be improved like special attention to deep cleaning around furniture, and cobwebs were present on the balcony area. Communication from owner was great and we recieved clear instructions for self check-in.

Quiet and relaxing, a great place for some R&R.. This is one large room with a spa and a bathroom within the large 2nd storey of the house. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the room has its own balcony with an outdoor setting. The second storey has a common lounge area that separates the 4 suites it accommodates. You will also receive great information from the owner prior to arriving.
