"While the hotel is very clean, there is only one elevator in this rather large hotel. Would be inconvenient for the disabled and the elevators are small. When I booked the room, booking said complementary breakfast, but that was not the case at all! When I asked the front desk about this, told they do not offer complementary breakfast. "

"From the first moment I walked into my hotel room it smelled strange. About 10 minutes later a man in the room next door was being loud and using the f and n word repeatedly. On top of that he had a loud woman, crying baby, and barking dogs. Also, across the hall there were toddlers that kept trying to open my hotel door from the hallway. On our last day there I wanted room service and my son was almost dressed so we could leave the room. Instead of waiting just 30 seconds she handed me a stack of towels and washcloths and left. I realized later what the strange smell was because it kept coming into our room. It was the neighbors smoking marijuana. I also smelled and saw people doing it in the parking lot. All of this kept happening during our five day stay. The day we checked out there was nobody at the front desk until a woman that just showed up had to go back and get a guy who seemed like he didn't have a clue what was going on. This was a terrible experience and will never book here again."

"First I’m pay my hotel online I check in ask me for deposit I’m paying my deposit I never received my deposit back the elevator only one is working is very dangerous because to much request for elevator people supposed to get out quickly I don’t know what happened to Marriott what now the hotel need maintenance specific the elevator some people say they elevator broke Covid 19 2020"

Due to this amazing team, this is my hotel of choice every time I travel to this area( which is an average 5 times per year ). Hats off Team Hyatt at Milford . You are the best!"
